Registration Guide  

We are glad that you have decided to join us at this conference as either a presenter or a participant. All individuals interested in attending this event, participants and presenters alike, are required to register through the process below:

• Step 1. Payment of the registration fee
• Step 2. Emailing the scan of payment receipt and the necessary information

 

Step 1

In order to register for the conference or the workshops, you are cordially required to pay the registration fee first. Below are the fees as determined for different groups of attendees:

Conference Presenters:

• Iranian Students: 150,000 Tomans
• Iranian Professors: 300,000 Tomans
• International Students: 70 US Dollars
• International Professors: 150 US Dollars

Conference Participants:

• Iranian Participants: 100,000 Tomans
• International Participants: 50 US Dollars

• Iranian Participants: 120,000 Tomans
• International Participants: 50 US Dollars

The account details for international participants and presenters are emailed.

 

DISCOUNT: The participants who register for all 3 programs - the conference (100,000 Tomans), the first workshop (120,000 Tomans), and the second workshop (120,000 Tomans) - will recieve a 40,000 Tomans discount and can pay only 300,000 Tomans for all three.

 

Step 2

After paying the due amount, please send us the following via an email to rits@atu.ac.ir.

Conference Presenters:

• Short Bio (as a Word file, Times New Roman, 12, single-spaced, max 50 words)
• Scan of Payment Receipt

Conference and Workshop Participants:

Please bear in mind that Receipt of Payment will be considered as a final registration for the conference.
